Ingredients:
- Paneer cubes
- Hung curd
- Gram flour (besan)
- Turmeric powder
- Red chili powder
- Coriander powder
- Garam masala
- Salt
- Lemon juice
- Oil
- Skewers
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix hung curd, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice to make a marinade.
- Add paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers.
- Heat oil on a griddle or grill pan. Place the skewers on the griddle and cook until paneer is charred on all sides.
- Serve hot paneer tikka with mint chutney and sliced onions.
