Jain Paneer Tikka:

Ingredients:

  • Paneer cubes
  • Hung curd
  • Gram flour (besan)
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chili powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Garam masala
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice
  • Oil
  • Skewers

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix hung curd, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice to make a marinade.
  2. Add paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers.
  4. Heat oil on a griddle or grill pan. Place the skewers on the griddle and cook until paneer is charred on all sides.
  5. Serve hot paneer tikka with mint chutney and sliced onions.
