  1. Secure and Protect your confidential bank details(hard and soft copies) at all times.
  2. Verify details related to your online portfolios, bank accounts, ATM cards, loans, and likewise monetary and finance websites, web portals, and social media profiles regularly so to avoid any inconsistencies in updation of your records. Also, verification helps you to detect and report any fraudulent activities in your accounts and profiles to the concerned authorities.
  3. Access your bank's website only via typing the website URL in the address bar of your browser.
  4. Don't access the websites and web portals pertaining to your portfolios, transactions, bank and similar related monetary and finance facilities by clicking any unverified link from any email, text message or a social media message to avoid the most common attack in the world --> Phishing attack.
  5. Refrain from providing any details related to bank accounts, ATM cards, etc. to any email/message/phone calls you receive demanding any kind of data related to your Government Identity and bank accounts.
  6. It is highly advisable to use a very good antivirus software solution in the device you use to perform online monetary and finance-related operations.
