CYBER FRAUD

The misuse of internet for getting credential, credit card information, user id and password (used for online shopping ) form people and misuse of that.

As technology increase for betterment its misuse also increases. when any one try to take secure information form user by illegal  then it come under cyber fraud. 

l Stolen credit cards

Credit card details like credit card number, cvv(Card Verification Value),PIN etc. Information taken from website or from any place for purchase items without paying, or taking money form account.

l Email hacking

Email hacking is the unauthorized access to email and take secure data and doing illegal activity on behalf of that email id.

l Identitiy theft

The fraudulent practice of using another person's name and personal information in order to obtain credit, loans, etc.

l Virus attack

A computer virus is a type of malicious software program ("malware") that, when executed, replicates by reproducing itself (copying its own source code) or infecting other computer programs by modifying them. Infecting computer programs can include as well, data files, or the "boot" sector of the hard drive.

l Phishing

The fraudulent practice of sending emails purporting to be from reputable companies in order to induce individuals to reveal personal information, such as passwords and credit card numbers.

l Scams

A scam or confidence trick is an attempt to defraud a person or group by gaining their confidence.
